Ingredients:
2 pounds (1 kg) sweet potatoes
1 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
- Wash clean and wipe dry, potatoes of uniform size, peel them and cut into wedges. Mix with oil and salt.
- Bake for 30 minutes in 350°F (190 C ) oven.
- The slow, continuous heat promotes their mealiness.
