Ingredients: 3 tart apples, sliced
1 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
Romaine lettuce leaves
Preparation:
Mix mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice and salt.
Stir in apples, celery and walnuts.
Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce topped with walnuts.
