Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 Tbs shortening
2 Tbs sugar
3/4 cup buttermilk
Preparation: 

Preheat oven to 230 C (450 F).
