1/4 cup margarine<br />
2 cups icing sugar<br />
3 drops of red food colouring<br />
2 – 3 tablespoons milk</p>
<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>CUPCAKES: Mix all of the ingredients with a mixer. Pour into cupcake papers that have been placed in muffin pan. Bake at 175 C (350 F) for 25 minutes. Cool completely.</li>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<li>ICING: Combine margarine, sugar, and red food colouring. Add enough milk to form a soft consistency. Ice the cupcakes and decorate them with red sprinkles.</li>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<li>Decorate with candy hearts.</li>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />

<li>Mix strawberries into remaining 2/3 mixture. Fold in prepared* red gelatin and beat again. Pour into lightly greased heart shaped mold. Allow the mixture to cool in a fridge for 5-10 minutes.</li>

<li>Mix prepared* white gelatin into 1/3 of cheese mixture. Take mold with red mixture out of fridge and pour white mixture over it. Chill for 4 hours or over night.</li>

<li>Take out of mold; decorate with whipped cream and strawberries.</li>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
</ol>
<p class="small">*PREPARING GELATINE: Place the leaves individually in cold water and allow them to swell for about 5 minutes. Remove them and gently squeeze them out. Proceed to dissolve the gelatin in 3-4 Tbs hot/boiled water. Melt them at very low heat.</p>
