Ingredients:
2 cups evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
4 sq. chocolate
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation:

Bring cream sugar and milk to simmer in heavy medium saucepan.
Boil for 1 minute, take from the heat and add chocolate. Stir until melted. Put back on heat and beat until glossy.
Remove from heat, and then stir in butter, vanilla, and salt.

50 g (1.7 oz)powdered sugar
4 Tbs whipping cream
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients. Melt in double boiler, stirring, until mixture is consistency of thick cream.
