<p><strong>Ingredients</strong>:</p>
<p>1/2 cup all-purpose flour<br />

<li>Add vegetables and spices. Simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.</li>
<li>In bowl, mix cornstarch and cold water; stir into stew. Increase heat and boil uncovered 1 minute.</li>
