Ingredients:
1 pound russet potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 large red bell pepper, seeded and chopped

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
1 pound russet potatoes, peeled and chopped<br />
2 onions, chopped<br />

<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Place first 3 ingredients in heavy large Dutch oven. Pour water over. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.</li>
<li>Stir in both cans of corn, cream and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes.</li>
<li>Add shrimp and cook until opaque, about 8 minutes. Garnish soup with chives.</li>

<li>BATTER: Dissolve yeast in water. Mix with flour, salt and beaten eggs.</li>

<li>Roughly chop shrimps. Combine with sweet potato, pumpkin, spring onions, water chestnuts, chillli sauce, garlic and lime juice. Fold in batter.</li>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<li>Heat the oil in a shallow frying pan and drop in a tablespoonful of the mixture. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.</li>
