<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong><br />
3 large eggs<br />
1 Tbs milk<br />
salt, pepper<br />
2 Tbs butter</p>
<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Beat the eggs (with a fork) together with milk, salt and pepper until just mixed. Don&#8217;t whisk the eggs or mix for more than about 30 seconds.</li>
<li>Heat the butter in the frying pan. Pour the egg mixture into the centre of the pan. Cook the omelette until the top has started to firm up.</li>
<li>Flip the omelette over in half. Cook each side until each side is very light golden brown.</li>
<li>Gently slide the omelette onto the warm plate.</li>
</ol>
<p>Yield: 1 serving.</p>

40 g (1.4 oz) cooked ham, cut in thin strips<br />
10 g (0.3 oz) oil<br />

<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Crack the eggs and beat them in a bowl with a fork.</li>
<li>Saute ham in oil until golden. Pour the whisked eggs evenly and let it cook for about 30 seconds.</li>
<li>Flip omelette to the other side and let it cook for about 30 seconds. Season with salt.</li>
</ol>
