Ingredients:
1/2 l (2 cups) milk
150 g (5 oz) sugar
50 g (1.7 oz) chocolate (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/8 l (1/2 cup) heavy cream, whipped

Preparation:

Scald milk, chocolate and vanilla.

Beat eggs with sugar until foamy. Stir slowly into milk mixture. Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

Remove from heat. Chill. Fold in whipped cream.

Put in freezer.
