Ingredients:
300 g (10 oz) chopped spinach
1 ( 250 g; 9 oz) package cheese tortellini
425 g ( 14.5 oz ) chicken broth
1/4 tbs dried basil
1/4 tbs garlic powder
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. In a large pot, combine the spinach and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
2. Add tortellini and simmer until the tortellini is cooked to desired tenderness. Season with basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Serve in soup bowls sprinkled with Parmesan.
