Rosemary Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
1 kg (2 lb) new potatoes
1 tbs olive oil
2 tsp rosemary
salt, pepper
Preparation:

Boil potatoes. Drain and let them dry.

Preheat oven to 200 C (425 F).

Sprinkle potatoes with olive oil. Season with salt, papper and rosemary.

Put in shallow roasting pan. Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
