Rosemary Roasted Potatoes Recipe image

Ingredients:
1 kg (2 lb) new potatoes
1 tbs olive oil
2 tsp rosemary
salt, pepper

Preparation:

    1. Boil potatoes. Drain and let them dry.

    2. Preheat oven to 200 C (425 F).

    3. Sprinkle potatoes with olive oil. Season with salt, papper and rosemary.

    4. Put in shallow roasting pan. Bake for 25 minutes until golden.
