Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup butter
1 cup warm milk
3 tablespoons horseradish
2 teaspoons minced parsley
salt, pepper
Preparation:
- Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
- Add milk, butter and horseradish and whip with an electric mixer.
- Add parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well.
