Ingredients:
1 can (15 1/2 oz.; 1/2 kg) salmon
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot sauce
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients.
- Make into cakes and fry at 375 F (190 C) until brown on both sides.
