Tagliatelle with Peas

Tagliatelle with Peas recipe

Ingredients:
250 g (0.5 lb) tagliatelle
80 g (3 oz) fresh peas
1 onion, chopped
60 g (2 oz) butter
1 Tbs parsley, chopped
100 g (3.5 oz) smoked pancetta
40 g (1.4 oz) naribanog tvrdog sira
salt, pepper
parmesan cheese

Preparation:

    1. Cook peas in salted water. Drain.

    2. Melt butter in a pan. Sauté onion and pancetta until onion is soft.

    3. In the meantime cook tagliatelle in salted water. Drain.

    4. Add cooked peas and tagliatelle to onion and pancetta. Season with salt and pepper.

    5. Serve with parmesan cheese.
