Ingredients:
250 g (0.5 lb) tagliatelle
80 g (3 oz) fresh peas
1 onion, chopped
60 g (2 oz) butter
1 Tbs parsley, chopped
100 g (3.5 oz) smoked pancetta
40 g (1.4 oz) grated parmesan cheese
salt, pepper
parmesan cheese
Preparation:
- Cook peas in salted water. Drain.
- Melt butter in a pan. Sauté onion and pancetta until onion is soft.
- In the meantime cook tagliatelle in salted water. Drain.
- Add cooked peas and tagliatelle to onion and pancetta. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with parmesan cheese.
