Ingredients:
100 g pancetta or smoked bacon
3 fresh shallots
1 x 400g/14oz can tomatoes
500 g ham
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp parsley
salt, pepper
Preparation:
- Fry pancetta slightly, add shallots and saute for 3 minutes. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook for 15 to 30 minutes or until done.
- Add ham, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Serve over spaghetti.
