Ingredients: 250 ml (1 cup) cream
50 g (1.7 oz) butter
100 g (3.5 oz) grated parmesan cheese
100 g (3.5 oz) gorgonzola cheese
100 g (3.5 oz) pine nuts or peeled almonds
Preparation:
Mix gorgonzola and pine nuts in a blender together with cream. Add parmesan cheese and butter.
Transfer to a pan and cook for 15 minutes over low heat until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
