CHEESSE AND POTATO FILLING: 1 heaping cup mashed potatoes
1 cup dry cottage cheese, drain, then pat dry
Salt and pepper to taste
Finely chopped chives or onions
Preparation
SAUERKRAUT AND MEAT FILLING: Fry meat until done and set aside. Mix remaining filling ingredients and fry for 5 minutes. Combine mixture with meat. Cool before filling pierogi.
CHEESSE AND POTATO FILLING: Mix together and fill pierogi.
