Ingredients:
350 g (12 oz) spaghetti
300 g (10 oz) meat roast (beef and pork)
1 egg
70 g 70 g (2.5 oz) grated parmesan cheese
1 dl (1/2 cup) cream
cinnamon (optional)
nutmeg
salt, pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175 C (350 F).
- Cook spaghetti al dente.
- Combine meat, egg, parmesan cheese, cream and seasonings. Toss with spaghetti.
- Place in greased casserole dish and bake for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
