Ingredients:
1 pizza crust
pizza sauce
200g Mozarella di Bufala (Buffalo milk mozarella)
Oregano
Black pepper
Olive oil
Preparation:
- Cover the crust with the cheese and sauce, and sprinkle with oregano leaves, dribble a little olive oil over the top.
- Bake for fifteen minutes until the cheese begins to bubble and the tomatoes have reduced a little. Grate the pepper on top, and serve.
