Brandy Butter (Hard Sauce) Recipe

Ingredients: 120 g (4 oz) unsalted butter
180 g (6 oz) sieved icing sugar
1-2 tbs lemon juice
1-2 wine glasses brandy
Preparation:

Cream together the butter and the icing sugar.

Add lemon juice and brandy gradually. Place in the refrigerator until needed.

Serve with Christmas pudding and mince pies.
