Ingredients:
homemade stove top stuffing
boneless, skinless chicken
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup sour cream
8 oz. (200 g) Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation:
- Put chicken in a 9 x 13 greased pan.
- Mix soup and sour cream in bowl, pour over chicken.
- Put homemade stove top stuffing on top of chicken and bake 350 F ( 175 C) for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
