Ingredients:
2 eggs
40 g (1.4 oz) cooked ham, cut in thin strips
10 g (0.3 oz) oil
salt
Preparation:
- Crack the eggs and beat them in a bowl with a fork.
- Saute ham in oil until golden. Pour the whisked eggs evenly and let it cook for about 30 seconds.
- Flip omelette to the other side and let it cook for about 30 seconds. Season with salt.
Yield: 1 serving.
