Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup rum
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 1/2 cups whiskey
1 1/2 cup whipped cream
ground nutmeg
Preparation:
- Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat some more.
- Beat egg-yolks with 1/4 cup sugar. Slowly poor the yolks into the whites.
- Carefully stir in milk, rum, whiskey and whipped cream.
