Ingredients:
4 mint leaves
1 sprig of mint
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 oz lime juice
2 oz white rum
2 oz club soda
Preparation:
- In a tall thin glass (”collins” glass) crush part of the mint with a muddler or a fork), add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Add ice and the rum and stir. Top off with club soda.
- Garnish with a mint sprig or a lime wheel.
