Ingredients:
1 homemade (double) pie crust, unbaked
4 cups fresh blackberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation:
- Combine sugar, flour and grated lemon peel. Toss with blackberries.
- Spoon the mixture into an unbaked pie shell. Place top crust on. Cut slits to allow steam to escape.
- Bake in 205 C (400 F) oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
