Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
6 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3 Tbsp oil
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp sugar
Preparation:
- Mix cottage cheese, eggs, milk and oil.
- Sift together flour and baking soda. Add salt and sugar.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, then stir until just blended.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter into the pan. Cook each side until the golden brown.
