Ingredients:
1 cup (250 g) ripe strawberries
1 cup (1/4 l) whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbs powdered sugar
Preparation:
- Mash strawberries with a fork.
- Whip cream (not to stiff; it should still remain soft ).
- Combine vanilla and powdered sugar. Add strawberries and whipped cream.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours.
