Ingredients:
100 g (3.5 oz) chocolate, grated
50 g (1.7 oz)powdered sugar
4 Tbs whipping cream
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients. Melt in double boiler, stirring, until mixture is consistency of thick cream.
- Serve warm over ice cream.
