Ingredients:
100 g (3.5 oz) butter
200 g (7 oz) sugar
2 eggs
500 g (1 lb 2 oz) all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 – 4 tbs. milk
Preparation:
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add in butter, eggs and vanilla. Finally, add in milk and beat the mixture. Do not over mix.
- Roll out and cut into shapes.
- Put onto greased cookie sheet and bake in a 175 – 200 C (350-392 F) oven.
