Ingredients:
200 g (7 oz) finely ground shortbread cookies
200 g (7 oz) butter, melted
50 g (1.7 oz) cocoa
300 g (10 oz) powdered sugar
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 tsp rum
1-2 eggs
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients. Chill if necessary.
- Shape into balls.
- Store in a tightly covered tin.
