Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vinegar
ICING :
1/4 cup margarine
2 cups icing sugar
3 drops of red food colouring
2 – 3 tablespoons milk
Preparation:
- CUPCAKES: Mix all of the ingredients with a mixer. Pour into cupcake papers that have been placed in muffin pan. Bake at 175 C (350 F) for 25 minutes. Cool completely.
- ICING: Combine margarine, sugar, and red food colouring. Add enough milk to form a soft consistency. Ice the cupcakes and decorate them with red sprinkles.
- Decorate with candy hearts.
