Ingredients:
CRUST:
1 1/2 cups graham crumbs
5 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. sugar
FILLING:
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup canned pumpkin
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
Whipped Cream
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 175 C (350 F).
- CRUST: Mix crust ingredients together, just till coated and crumbly. Press the crumbs onto the bottom and about two-thirds of the way up the sides of a springform pan. Bake the crust for 5 minutes.
- FILLING: Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and continue to beat until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared crust. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
