Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 325 F (165 C).
- Cream together the butter, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs. Mix in, alternately with sour cream, flour and baking soda.
- Pour into a greased and floured pan. Bake for 1 hour or until straw comes out clean.
