Ingredients:
500 g (1 lb) flour
200 g (7 oz) lard or margarine
2 Tbsp honey
1 egs, whole
3 egg yolks
150 g (5 oz) wallnuts, ground
150 g (5 oz) sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cloves, ground
1/4 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients to make a dough. Put in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
- Roll the dough on a floured board. Cut with cookie cutters. Put on greesed baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes in 200 C (390 F) oven.
