I am looking for a Croatian recipe for a sweet baked cheese desert that has lemon in it. It involves pouring in a (pourable) mixture (like a pancake mixture) into the bottom of the dish - then the cheese mixture - then more of the pancake type mixture on top - then baked.
I would love this recipe if anyone has it.
Many thanks,
Suzi
