Ingredients:
225 g (8 oz) unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup powdered milk
Preparation:
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients together; mix very well to combine. Place into clean glass jars; seal tightly. Store in a cool place.
- To use: add 1 cup of water per 1/2 cup of hot chocolate mix. Simmer uncovered over low heat (do not let boil) for four seven minutes, stirring constantly.
