Ingredients:
2 cups flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoon shortening
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients. Blend until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
- Use as a substitution for Bisquick mix. Store in a dry cool place.
Yield: 2 cups
