Ingredients:
2 cups evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
4 sq. chocolate
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation:
- Bring cream sugar and milk to simmer in heavy medium saucepan.
- Boil for 1 minute, take from the heat and add chocolate. Stir until melted. Put back on heat and beat until glossy.
- Remove from heat, and then stir in butter, vanilla, and salt.
