Ingredients:
6 cups (approximately 3 pounds; 1,5 kg) crushed blueberries
4 1/2 cups sugar
Preparation:
- Wash blueberries before crushing. In 8-quart saucepan combine blueberries and sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring and continue cooking until “jelly stage” (approx. 15-20 minutes of constant stirring).
- Imminently fill hot sterilized jars with mixture leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Place lids and bands on jars and process in canner for 5 minutes.
