Ingredients:
1 1/2 c shredded cooked turkey breast
1/2 c carolina vinegar barbecue sauce
5 kaiser rolls
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced into rings
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation:
- Combine turkey and barbecue sauce in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, and remove from heat.
- Divide turkey mixture between rolls. Top with green pepper rings; sprinkle with cheese. Cover with top halves and serve.
