Ingredients:
2 eggs; beaten
2 cup buttermilk
2 cup cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbs. bacon drippings; melted
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour the batter into the pan, and bake at 175 C (350 F) 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
